typical construction surveys that may be required include:
Detail
and Level Survey – survey of the subject property
and surrounds showing all improvements and natural features
on the land. Included are boundaries, easements, services,
contours, buildings, trees, etc. The information is provided
to our clients in hard copy plans and/or 3D digital format
by email.
Set-Out
Survey – marking of boundaries, setout for
bulk earthworks and detail excavation. Setout for piles, piers
and footings. Setout for columns, walls, lifts, stairs, slabs
and penetrations, facades, etc. Also setout for drainage and
on site detention, roads and car parking.
Work-As-Executed and As-Built Surveys –
during construction and on completion of works as-built or
work-as-executed surveys are usually required to indicate
that the works have been carried out in accordance with the
design specifications and requirements. |
